한국노인노쇠 코호트 총 1959명을 대상으로 근감소증 진단 기준(AWGS, 2019)과 보행장애, 낙상, 고관절 골절, 도구적일상생활 능력 등 부적적 건강 결과(adverse health outcomes)의 관련성을 알아 본 결과, SPPB 검사 결과는 낙상(고관절 골절 포함), 도구적일상생활능력(IADL)을 예측해 주는 것으로 나타났습니다.
