The top of your countertop waffle maker gets really hot, so you want to try two things to help it cool off: first, to point a fan at it, and second, to add rectangular fins to it in addition to using the fan. The top surface of the waffle maker is a flat square that spans L = 200 mm on each side.

The fan you’re using generates a flow velocity of U∞ = 7.5 m/s, and the ambient air temperature is T∞ = 295 K. The waffle maker’s surface temperature is Ts = 360 K.
