Authorized Agent 위임대리점 ICAO Annex 9 위임대리점. 항공기운용자(AO)를 대표하고, 해당 운용자(OPR)의 항공기(ACFT), 승무원, 승객(PAX), 화물, 우편물, 수하물 또는 저장품의 입국·통관과 연계된 정식절차를 행하도록 해당 운용자(OPR)에 의하여 또는 그를 대리하여 인가된 인(人)으로서, 국내법이 허용하는 경우, 항공기(ACFT) 상의 화물을 처리하도록 인가된 제3자가 포함된다.
