[Vue] vue-lottie 활용해 json 파일 로딩화면 구현하기

디자인이 들어간 프론트페이지들은 플랫폼 디자인에 맞춰 json 파일로 만들어진 로딩화면을 구현해야한다. 이 과정에서 lottie를 활용해 적용해보았다!
