[필리핀] 필리핀 입국 시 백신 접종이나 음성 증명서 불필요, 기내 마스크 착용 의무 해제

필리핀이 드디어 전면 개방에 나섰다. 필리핀 전역의 비상사태에 따른 명령을 모두 해제한다는 대통령령이 내려졌다.

백신접종 증명서도 음성 증명서도 필요 없이 입국할 수 있게 됐다. 또한 기내 마스크 착용 의무도 해제됐다.
