I also make plans every day, but I know it's not easy to achieve all of them. We struggle with laziness or lethargy every day.
What should I do to overcome lethargy? In my experience, the best way is to do anything without thinking about anything.
Writing on a planner increases my chance of succeeding on what I decide. And if there is a group that encourages each other, it will be the icing on the cake....
