Relationship with children

I worry about my relationship with my children every day. I don't think I lived as happy and fulfilled life as my children when I was young, but strangely, I have a wish that my children will do something even better.

I know I have to praise and encourage them, but sometimes I wish they would try just a little bit harder. When I think about the reason for this, I realize that I want my children to fill in the gaps of what I lacked in my own life.
