Micro probes to 6 GHz for near field analysis MFA01 The near field probes in the MFA 01 set have special electrically shielded active micro probe heads which have been designed for detailed magnetic field measurements in the layout, on components and IC pins. The probe heads are embedded in a transparent (protective) layer to protect them against destruction.

All micro probe heads have an integrated pre-amplifier. Power is supplied via a bias tee.
