There's a proverb in the bible; Do not withhold discipline from a child; if you punish him with the rod, he will not die.This is my last day reading chapter 5. And what he was very clear.1) We can learn from good event but also in bad event like punishment, rejection.....2) If we do not discipline our kids, some others will do it eventually which is more harsh, cold, and severe.By protecting children from all kinds of bad it makes children weak and undesirable which ultimately leads them lonely, fearful, or resentful.

Thinking of Skinner's research, we can also apply this princip..........
