글로벌 과학기술 선도기업인 머크는 올해 1월 1일부터 전 직원을 대상으로 저출산 대응 이니셔티브인 ‘퍼틸리티 카운츠(Fertility Counts)’의 일환으로 ‘가임 지원 프로그램(Fertility Benefit Program)’을 런칭했습니다. 이번 프로그램 지원 대상은 한국에 재직 중인 모든 머크 직원과 그 배우자로, 결혼 여부나 성별, 성적지향에 상관없이 혜택을 받을 수 있습니다.
