Flight Safety Documents System 비행안전문서체계 ICAO Annex 6 비행안전문서체계. 비행·지상 운용(OPS)에 필수적인 정보를 취합·구성해놓은 것으로, 최소한, 운항규정(OM)과 운용자의 정비규정(MCM)으로 구성되어 있는, 항공기운용자(AO)에 의해 확립된 상호관련된 문서들의 집합.
