Accompanying Person 동반인 ICAO Annex 9 동반인. 미성년자와 함께 여행하는 성인.

해당 인(人)이 반드시 그 미성년자의 부모 또는 법정대리인이어야 할 필요는 없다. 주기.― 이 정의는 국경심사에 대한 국가규정의 적용에 따른 모든 의무사항를 고려하여 적용되어야 할 수 있음에 유의한다.

Accompanying person. An adult who is travelling with a minor.

This person will not necessarily be the parent or legal guardian of the minor. Note.― It is to be noted that this definition might need to be applied in light of any obligation resulting from the application of national regulations on border checks.
