Visitor 방문자 ICAO Annex 9 방문자. 해당 인(人)이 통상적으로 거주하는 국가 이외의 체약국의 영토에 하기하여 입국하고, 관광, 휴양, 스포츠, 건강, 가족 사유, 종교적 순례, 또는 사업과 같은, 합법적인 비이민 목적상 해당 체약국이 규범한 대로 적법하게 체류하며; 방문한 영토에 체류하는 동안 어떠한 유급 직종에 종사하지 않는다.
