Army Draft in Korea

Facts: 1. Army Law Article 3, Provision 1 1.

Men in Korea are under obligation of the military service by Army law and constitution. Issue: Is obligatory military service which are imposed only on men against the equal protection clause(Article 11 Provision 1)?

1. Women lacks physical ability than men.

Also their unique physical characteristic such as period, pregnancy attributes exemptions on military service. We go through general physical examination for Army, and get a physical grade.
